Originally I was going to fire up Tumblr for this, but the thought of logging on to another platform every time didn’t seem worth it. Plus there’s no way it would’ve done numbers. I’ve already got my hands full making sure this site gets all the love!!!
I heard the track below listening to this Moodymann set in Paris from 1995. Right around 00:47 seconds when the vocals go, “Listen…you’ve got to hold your head up Ahhhh-Ah” is incredible.
