This blog is dedicated to making sure the site never gets stale. Words, photos, and videos are mine unless stated otherwise. If you end up on here, I hope it makes you happy.
Originally I was going to fire up Tumblr for this, but the thought of logging on to another platform every time didn’t seem worth it. Plus there’s no way it would’ve done numbers. I’ve already got my hands full making sure this site gets all the love!!!
I heard the track below listening to this Moodymannset in Paris from 1995. Right around 00:47 seconds when the vocals go, “Listen…you’ve got to hold your head up Ahhhh-Ah” is incredible.
Jimmy Ramos-Fell is my 3 year old son. I adopted him with my friend Annie on August 12, 2018. I can’t wait to slap his fat belly and kiss his flat top head!!!

If I didn’t have these images to flip through, there would be so much left out of my memory. My pictures help me reconnect without having to think too hard.
Driving to the Museum of Natural HistoryUptown
These were taken just as the weather started to get cold. One of the last warm days before being mostly stuck indoors. After Atem got his line at the museum ledges, we drove back home to Brooklyn cackling about learning tricks at the skatepark only to then film it at a street spot. I guess that really is how kids do it these days. All of us were joking about how we wouldn’t skate over the next few months, which luckily was only half true. I skated through this winter without going into an indoor park. Anything is possible.

My cousin AJ helped me out with a documentary short I’m making. That’s his red Corolla on the drive up to Massachusetts. And him enjoying a buffalo chicken mac ‘n’ cheese from Veggie Galaxy I was hyping up on our drive back.
“It’s beast,” he said after one bite with a full mouth.
My brothers and I joke that AJ is the “Bad Karma Kid” because shit happens to him. Years ago, while he was at Rutgers, he parked his car on campus, partied late, and slept at his friend’s house. The next morning, every car parked overnight in the lot was fine except his, which had one of the side mirrors kicked out. It was dangling by a wire.
Had the craziest past week in a very long time. I took the above pic right after a dog I was walking for work decided to find out what my nose tasted like. I’m healing up though, but you bet it fucked up all of Wednesday!

If I said Friday morning started off with another medical-related trip, my life would probably sound like it sucks ass. But somehow I got THE vaccine—the Moderna one.

I did check up if double vaccinating, since I had to get a Tetanus shot, was risky. Turns out no one really knows, but what I went through on Wednesday was used as the hypothetical situation suggesting to double up! Today I feel fine. My arm was sore and I slept early at around 11pm on Friday. No crazy side effects from mixing the Tetanus and COVID vaccines. Hopefully we’ll all be vaccinated soon. I’m keeping an eye out for everyone I know.
At 00:17 seconds is how I imagine the inner voice should sound reading the title of this post because Wednesday was like a CKY stunt gone horribly wrong.
